Terms and conditions
These terms describe the basis for assignments with AiNNOVA AB. A quotation, order or assignment agreement may contain more specific terms, which then take precedence over this summary.

Scope and ordering
These terms apply to services involving websites, AI, digital tools, advice and training. An assignment begins when the client has accepted a quotation or when the parties have otherwise agreed in writing on scope, price and schedule.
Delivery and client participation
AiNNOVA performs the assignment professionally and within the agreed scope. The client is responsible for providing accurate material, feedback and necessary access in time. Changes outside the agreed scope may affect price and delivery time and must be approved before work continues.
Price and payment
Price, VAT, payment schedule and due date are stated in the quotation or invoice. Late-payment interest and statutory fees may apply. Ongoing costs for external services are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership and right of use
Once the assignment has been paid in full, the client receives the code and client-specific material created for the delivery, to the extent stated in the agreement. Third-party material, open licences, fonts, platforms and tools remain subject to their respective providers' terms. AiNNOVA retains the right to its general methods, templates and knowledge.
AI and the client's responsibility
AI-generated content may contain errors and must be reviewed before it is used in important decisions or published. The client is responsible for final approval of text, images, facts, legal assessments and other material. Sensitive data must not be shared with an AI service without explicit approval and appropriate protection.
Confidentiality and personal data
The parties must handle non-public information with care. If AiNNOVA processes personal data on the client's behalf, this is regulated when needed in a separate data processing agreement. Please also read my privacy policy.
Defects, liability and external services
Defects must be reported within a reasonable time so that AiNNOVA has an opportunity to correct them. AiNNOVA is not responsible for interruptions or changes in external platforms beyond my control. Any specific warranties, support levels and limitations of liability are stated in the assignment agreement.
Cancellation, disputes and consumers
Cancellation or termination terms are stated in the quotation or assignment agreement. Swedish law applies. I first seek to resolve disputes through dialogue. Mandatory consumer-protection law always applies to consumers, and information about any applicable right of withdrawal is provided when relevant.
