Data controller
AiNNOVA AB, company registration number 559507-4278, Välinge 220, 655 95 Väse, Sweden, is the data controller. Send questions to kontakt@ainnova.se.
Data I process
When you contact me, I may process your name, contact details, company details and anything you choose to write. During an assignment, I also process information needed for quotations, agreements, delivery, support, invoicing and accounting.
Why, and on what legal basis?
- To answer questions and prepare a possible assignment, based on legitimate interests or steps taken before entering into a contract.
- To carry out agreed assignments and deliveries.
- To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.
How long do I keep the data?
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted when they are no longer needed. Data connected with agreements and accounting is kept for as long as required by law or contract. Material you ask me to delete is removed unless I must retain it by law.
Suppliers and international transfers
I may use trusted suppliers for email, publishing, storage and other tools needed in the business. They may only process data for agreed purposes. If a project uses a service outside the EU/EEA, I review this with the client and use applicable safeguards.
